I have heard that Keiland will be headed to LSU. I also am hearing that he is better than Scott and Murphy. His coach at Hargrave says that he is great and they have a ton of talent go thru that school every year. JVincent I am trying to find out your input.
He doesnt seem to be rated that high.. just a 3 star, but looking at his speed and build, he looks like he will be a monster... I'm really excited about this guy...
he plays over a five star (mike ford) and a four star player from last year. Rivals said his ranking will go up at the next update. I hear that he is a Alley Broussard clone. 6'1 and 230 with a 4.4 and alot of yards are after the first contact.
He's a Tiger for sure in my book. He's starting to pick up offers from teams all over the country and in interviews he still claims LSU as his leader, even with Scott and Murphy commited. I think his numbers speak for how talented the guy is. He ran for 2,500 and almost 40 TD's last year for Northside. And now at Hargrove he is outrushing two guys a year older than him (and rated higher by Rivals for some dumb reason). Not only that, but of all the talent to go through Hargrove recently, no one has ever rushed for 1,000 yards. Williams ran for 1,314 (8.2 YPC) and 12 TD's. Not too bad. He also claims he ran a 4.38 at an LSU camp. I think he outperforms both Murphy and Scott here at LSU.
Kid sounds like a monster. I hope we get him. I think this season has shown that you can't have too many good RBs.
This story doesn't make me feel very confident with him coming here. He sounded pretty happy with Ole Miss & said that he's slightly leaning towards LSU but that he's more open now after visiting Ole Miss than ever before... Am I missing something? What makes ya'll think he's ours?
Once he's fully qualified he gets his offer from LSU. Right now all he has is a conditional offer, that's probably the only reason he isn't commited. He says he grew up an LSU fan and would like to come back to his home state.
