I dont believe Favorite is playing hurt. Woods has played well, he is a capable back up. I really think Nevis will be the next big time star at DT. He might be the third man in the rotation behind Alexander and Favorite next year. I wouldnt doubt him starting though. This kid is for real.

I wonder if these "unsatisfied fans" are just sore because they bet on the Tigers to cover the point spread?

I don't bet on games, so I don't care if they win by 1 or 100.

As long as they play well enough to win, I have a great week! :eek:ldskule:

I have watched about 3 Kansas games. They are definately better than what some people think, and not a good as others think. HA HA! Really, a good team, with a GREAT coach. Watch them and you will be surprised, and then you will realize that we would beat them by 2+td's.

You can't satisfy everyone, that's a fact. LSU beat a very good football team today although their record doesn't show it. They are constantly in football games especially at home. They have only lost 2 football games at home by more than 2 TDs, Arkansas by 36; LSU by 17 and 1 away game by more than 2 TDs; Georgia by 28. This is the same team that barely lost to Florida and Alabama.

You get what you get with LSU, and I think they can win against anyone any given week, but on the flip side, they can lose any given week as any other college football team. That is what football is today. As a fan, I'm only concerned with LSU and current opponent and how that team is currently playing. It would be good to say Arkansas lost to Tennessee who was destroyed by Alabama who lost to us, therefore we are going to wipe the floor with them, but I know this will be a hard fought football game.

LSU is one hellava football team, otherwise we would not be 10-1 and #1 in the country. Have they been in close football games, yes, can they be their own worst enemy at times, yes, but LSU has also overcome their issues and won in very close games. For those that come on here and criticize LSU, your expectations maybe a little too high. If you expect that a #1 team is going to beat everyone by 40+ points you are obviously delusional, look at the past 5 NCs avg margin of victory: 2002-OSU-16.9; 2003-LSU-24.4; 2004-USC-24.3; 2005-Texas-33.5; 2006-Florida-15.8 for an overall average of 22.9. 2007 LSUs avg margin of victory is 22.1.

oh brother. Georgia will beat LSU. The mistakes are so stupid but it will cost them when they are in the championship game. If you were not an LSU fan, you woulld tell yourself that there is no way LSU should be #1. They make to many mistakes. They have the talent but you have to play full throtle. turnovers and penalties are going to bring them down eventually. Luck has let them survive, but you can't rely on that forever.
