Why did we take two Kickers? is on a DB/RB/K...cause that would be a waste of a scolly for another LB that we need bad.

Exactly! I don't see how anyone could be surprised at us taking two kickers. Would you be comfortable knowing we only had one?? What if he gets hurt? I realize we have CD, but no sense in not taking what we can get, as kicker has been a sore spot for us for YEARS. Looks like we got a couple of good ones.
I agree, and I don't mean this distastefully but look at USC's situation with Mario's sudden passing. You never know- better to have some depth at all postions.

You get what you pay for. Walk-on kickers just haven't been getting the job done in modern college football. And we need two kickers--competition makes them better. These are both 3-stars, which is as high as kickers get. LSU's kicking game has been mediocre for a couple of years. It's time to step it up.

I agree if you kickoff an average of 12 times a game, you need 2 kickers. Couple that with the fact the punter will never see the field. He's right on the money with this one.
