    I hate to pile on against the kid, but I never noticed his slow 40 and shuttle times before. 5.48 in the forty, 4.94 in the shuttle. The shuttle isn't terrible, but a center should be one of your quicker lineman and are usually a little lighter and shorter than other OL because you need a little more agility, quickness, etc.--so I think it is relevant.

    Why is our chances ith McFarland so low? Is it just that because he hasn't visited with his mom on an official yet that no one has a feel or him. I guess things could be worse and the percentage could be 33.3% split with Texas and Oklahoma.

    It is just hard to pull guys that Texas want really badly from the home state. I know LSU is having great success in the area this year but still hard to overcome. We are also fighting for his parents as well and it seems UT has the advantage there. But anything can change since he is high on LSU and his mom still has not come for a visit yet.
