i like tebow and thats lone company in these parts. i would hate to be in tennessee's situation though. a coach who's won a mnc and almost 80% of his games yet there's no horizon outside of an sec title shot occasionally. they always look poorly prepared in games that mean the most it seems. reminds me of the nebraska/solich situation. if you cant find someone better, you shouldnt fire him. you could end up with 5 wins a season for the next 10 years. solich was a similar type coach to fullmer. good but not great. a paradox wrapped in a conundrum.
Most of these guys probably feel like I do about Tebow. We'd LOVE him if he played for us. He's an X factor that can never be truly contained.
I have to question Meyer, too. You're winning by a blowout, yet you're going to put Tebow out there late in the 4th? I guess Meyer has to make sure Tebow pads his stats, especially since Florida is PASSING.
