Trying to get some more info on what he might do if offered. Talented kid though. Getting word that he might have to pull a Rueben and play some QB next year. Not something Coach Bachman likes to do though. He plays basketball as well. He hurt his thigh a few games ago and I'm not sure if he's back on the court yet or not, but he's the best player on the bball team.

I go to the same barbershop as Lavalais. He started chatting me up because he thought I knew someone within the program, lol. He badly wants an offer, but understands the "numbers" side of it. Good kid. Strong as an ox. He's a strong competitor in ASH's reknowned powelifting program as well.

And on Malone...a perfect example of something I posted in another thread and I got called stupid for it, lol.

Would love to get RSJ and Goldman here at junior day. Would be nice if they both showed up...

Don't really understand Goldman committing to TAMU so quickly. Isn't he a huge LSU fan? LSU needs to recruit him harder...we need to hit Texas hard this year. We should have no problems landing a few big blue chips from that state considering we have 3 coaches with connections there now.

I think our biggest needs in this class are, DL, S, C, MLB, a big possession WR and a blue chip QB since we simply need to recruit one every year, IMO. Everything else should be icing on the cake. Hopefully LSU takes at least 4-5 DL this year. Only one DE in this past class and only one the year before in Rasco...we need DT/DEs. I doubt Montgomery/Mingo last past this year.

Top priority instate, IMO, should be Desean Smith. I'd say Diarse but I doubt we land him due to his love with Bama.
