Suffered a foot injury in last night's loss to the Jets. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap20...lio-jones-out-for-the-season-with-foot-injury
Nice... I recently traded for White and Gonzales so that should give them a boost if White can get healthy.
I don't think the first word coming out of someone's mouth after hearing a player has suffered a major injury is "Nice". And it's one thing if you're a Saints fan and hate the Falcons (still wouldn't make it right, however), but to be excited about it because of your fantasy team is just plain wrong.
But he's a gump AND a Falcon. Double whammy against him. Seriously though, I agree with you, but I don't think bhelm meant anything by it. Poorly chosen words, but from what I know of his posts on this board, he's not that kind of person.
Reminds me of the South Park episode where Cartman proclaims 'the tears of your unfathomable sadness are delicious'. That's how I feel about Falcon fan.
that's why I was shocked by his post plus if you believe in karma, it's not good mojo to be happy about injuries
Over think things much? LOL I never hope or cheer on injuries just so you don't get all worked up. But back to the Fantasy world...Huge news for the day.
It's a foot injury, not a paralyzing or potential career-ending injury. Being an LSU/Saints fan and not having him on my fantasy team, my first reaction was also something similar to "Nice". I can't remember if Julio played in that game when Patrick Peterson got two feet inbounds but no INT. If so, maybe this is karma's result.
