Maybe JR can say he hasnt had the equipment to be competitive but that excuse wont be available next year. He will cease to be overrated when he can win and/or compete at a very high level in the overall standings which he hasn't done. I like Jr but lets face it, if he wasnt his daddy's son he would be Casey Mears or Kasey Kahne with the exception of the super speedways. As far as Gibbs goes, he will give Toyota instant success. They are throwing the entire company behind Gibbs and he has the organization to deliver results. Toyota made a huge mistake teaming up with Waltrip. That was the biggest single mistake they made. He sucked as a driver except at the super speedways.
I was hoping for another number, that way all the Jr. fans who had a tattoo would look stupid, but when they add a 8 they are still gonna look stupid because the two 8's are not gonna be centered.
