I saw a list of post discussing the Kick Offs last year and the walk on kicker that is supposed to come in and compete. It look liked there were some mixed reviews about whether he was kicking really deep or not. Keep your eyes out for a kicker named Josh Lewis. He is a Sr at denham Springs HS. He is the real deal and as a Jr was kicking the ball 5 yards deep in HS. His Sr year I think you will see him kicking the ball out of the end zone. He already uses the 1 in KO tee and he is kicking newer footballs. The newer football is the real difference for many HS kickers making the transition to college. The older a football is, the easier it is to kick further. When you get to D1 college football, some kickers cannot make the transition. Josh Lewis already has. Watch for him.
