Dandy Don is considered "media", and also in today's update it says that Josh contacted him.

 

I just read that Josh only started playing OT in the Spring, so he is pretty new to the position, yet impressed coaches enough at the camps to get a scholarship offer. He had to be pretty dang impressive to get a scholarship offer to be an OT without the coaches seeing any game film on him at the position.
