    I think O means well, and really wants Kiffen as OC but he may have sold a guarantee he may not be able to deliver to get the HC gig. My pessimism lies in the fact I think he's bet the bank on their friendship, and doesn't quite know what Kiffen's true aspirations are, which is to be a HC.

    @GregLSU thats what I'm afraid of and we will be behind the 8 ball once again with offense. We could have kept Les if that's the case.

    Miles had to go, keeping him wasn't the answer. Had LSU kept him he'd ran LSU into the ground with almost zero offensive production.

    At least under O, win or lose, there's some flash and excitement on the offensive side of the ball.

    I agree was just being tongue and cheek. I was for Miles leaving.

    True, he wants to be a HC but a top tier HC. Would be surprised to see him land at Houston. Lane wants to coach for the playoff but likely wont happen if annouced he is coming to LSU.
