As I recall at the time, Rohan was rumored to be not very good in practice, but played lights out in games. Could it be that JJ is great in practice and well.... not so good in games (exception: 2008 Peach Bowl).
This is exactly what they are saying about Lee Did RP put a curse on LSU QB's before he made his departure?
I remember Josh Booty being the greatest practice quaterback in the history of LSU. And it took forever to get Rohan in. History repeats itself.
So if he's not good in practice and he's not good in games...makes sense to continue to let him start then.
Whew! For a split-second after reading the title to this thread I thought this was going to be a post about how you thought the two were somehow similar in a particular statistic! Relieved to find out I was worried for nothing...:thumb: After all, JJ is closer to Marcus Randall than he is to Rohan... //and I agree with your post, BTW.
didn't look up his numbers from that day, but on the eye test alone, i think it's close. edit: ooof! Sparacino was 8-35 that day, 2 pics, no tds
I disagree. Randall would actually run that damn option like it's supposed to be run. Jefferson reminds me of Crag Nall.
