Vilma, a former University of Miami player, was charged with reckless driving and resisting arrest. According to WSVN-TV in Miami, police said Vilma had been in his Range Rover weaving through traffic, ran a red light and nearly hit two pedestrians. The report said Vilma had an exchange with police and he refused to move away from his vehicle. He was arrested and booked into the Miami-Dade County Jail, where he bonded out at about 11 p.m. EST.
