QB coach George Whitfield Jr. of Whitfield Football (who has worked with Cam Newton, Andrew Luck and Landry Jones) worked out with Manziel in San Diego, and Charean Williams of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram (Hall of Fame voter; past president of Pro Football Writers of America) was there to watch

Manziel threw only two uncatchable passes in 29 attempts while blindfolded, prompting a bystander to ask if Manziel could somehow see.
“I have always said he has the best antenna in football,” Whitfield said. “I think he just proved that.”

The question really is: "How good does he throw when he's seeing double after LSU knocks him into last week?"

 

So the fuck what. If I was capable of throwing 27 accurate passes out of 29 attempts with my eyes open, I could do this too. It's not that I am blessed with some sort of extraordinary natural radar either. Try it yourself, close your eyes and have an assistant make a sound and blindly point to the sound. Open your eyes, are you amazed that you're pointing directly at the source of the sound? I'm not.
