He's legit but that's not to say he is 100 percent correct on this. I just posted this: "Charles Hanigriff has also publicly come out and said that it looks like a 1 game suspension." To me, that's a bigger deal that someone as close as Hanigriff is to the program stating this makes me feel good that it's a 1 gamer.
The "barring unforeseen circumstances" bit is reeeeeally strange. I have no idea what that would mean.
