I am always intrigued when someone highly successful wishes to do what they have a passion to do. Here is a guy who knows how to run a huge bussiness effectively, yet wants to return to what he first started out to do, and be successful at it also. Is this a plumb we should pick? I am a huge fan of Smart, yet also passion. They seems to carry over into all surrounding them. Any thoughts?
why would you roll the dice on someone with zero coaching experience? ah, apologies then sir. i still wouldn't risk it.
He apparently coached football for 16 years before entering a training program at Merrill Lynch, and is now an unpaid assistant at Nebraska. Meet Nebraska billion-dollar volunteer football coach Joe Moglia - Jon Wertheim - SI.com Interesting story, but a huge risk that LSU should never be in the position to make.
Perhaps right, yet I have a huge problem with keeping someone who may be endearing, yet completely inept at running one of the best college football programs in the nation. Football fans are forgiving, yet people peddling your money are probably not as receptive to errors. I will take someone who is bright over someone who is likeable!
