There is finally a thread on TideFans entitled "JT Curtis ssays he has not been offered nor would he ever take a job". I knew for a fact that was the case, but I understand that people there don't have the kind of info some of us have knowing JT and the Curtis system. Anyway, that rumor's finally dead.

I relly wonder if JT even said that McKnight is a lean to USC.I don't think he would say that.

If McKnight goes to Bamama, (and I doubt this), then JT WILL HAVE damaged his legacy in the eyes of Louisianaians and he may as well get the heck out of the state.:angryfire

It is McKnight's decision, not JT's.

Actually JT Curtis isn't that much of a fan of Saban's.

Know him personally? A lot of people say that they are friends, I don't really know one way or the other.

I'm one person removed from him. And the guy that knows JT has known him for quite a while. When my friend said that Curtis didn't really like Saban I was kind of surprised too.

I can believe this. He may have had to maintain a public opinion about Satan, which was to his advantage in being able to get his players scholarships to LSU. Satan was the man, no need to tug on supermans cape. But Satan is in an entirely different position now. No need to suck up to him now. Les is a good man, the kind of man you want to associate with.
