Not really. Someone's going to get that money set aside even though he voted against. How can he claim to represent the people in his district if he doesn't work to get it for them. Wouldn't you be pissed if you we're trying to get a grant and your congressman said, I won't help because I don't agree with that program

i dont think its minor on the surface, if folks argue that style matters, then hypocrisy does as well which is character.
