Jefferson solidified his legacy as a poor quarterback.

It's one thing to turn to JJ when JL sucked for a couple of quarters. Mission accomplished.

It's one thing to ride with JJ to get him confident. Mission accom...eehhh....

It's an entirely different thing when JJ, the captain, drives the ship into an iceberg, and instead of abandoning ship because it's sinking, you stay on the muthafricking thing and start playing the violin as the ship sinks.

At least see if the other guy can run a rescue mission.

At least see if the other guy can motivate the captain to do something! That approach has worked several times in the past.

If this world were truly fair, Les Miles would have to hold in account for what happened last night. JJ lost his composure early, but sadly, so did Les. WTF have you been doing for 35+ days??? That's the plan you came up with? WTF?

It wouldn't be fair to Lee with the pass rush they were getting? It's his last game, on the biggest stage of them all. Who gives a frick about fair? Lee didn't! At least let him walk away being able to say he tried. Now he walks away saying, what if? What if, the game slowed down and he had the game of his life? We'll never know. So the ship is sinking and you force him to go down with it? Les Miles blew it.

I personally owe that guy an apology (JL). It's not that I wanted to see him buried. It's just that I never doubted Miles when he turned to JJ. I believed him when he said JJ had turned the corner. I believed that with 37 days to prepare, JJ would go out swinging, win or lose. Juan Manuel Marquez has lost to Pacquiao twice, but both times he went out swinging. Shane Mosely ran for 12 rounds trying not to get KO'd. We were Shane Mosely last night. I had no sympathy for that guy not playing much at the end of the season. That kid was done a hefty disservice. I apologize.

Les Miles blew it. He owes his team, fans, recruits, hell even Bama, an apology. This is like a kid coming home after a fight all bloodied and bruised. You see him and wonder what the other kid must look like. Then you see the other kid (Bama) and they don't have a scratch on them. And the blood on his shirt belongs to your kid. And you look at your kid and all you can ask is, "Did you even try sneezing on him? So you just stood there and took it? You fluckin idiot."

I want to know where are all the JJ faithful supporters. I know who you are. Why are you hiding?

Nupe, how much of Jordan's pathetic play, and even worse demeanor is a result of him being pandered by this coaching staff his entire career? Have you ever seen a football player given that much of a leash? It's almost like he had a sense of entitlement. Even in the Georgia game, it looked like Lee was coming out on the field, and Jordan whined his way back on the field. The whine face he gave Spencer Ware on the interception, made me wish he would have been kicked off the team at the beginning of the season.

So I guess the question is, did Jefferson at any point ever feel any type of pressure for his job, did this coaching staff, pander him so much that it was actually a detriment to his overall play?

I supported JJ. I'm right here. He sucked. He was garbage. I supported him because I knew he was all we had, and he was the only quarterback that would play, and I thought he gave us a better chance than Lee. I still feel that way. Neither of them are any good, and I wish Mettenberger would have played the entire season.

THAT was REALLY set me off. Him getting on teammates when he made mistakes. Spencer Ware, for one. Then sitting on the bench with that dam pouty face. Don't pout, punk, LEAD.

We were only down 3 and it seemed like we were losing by 3 TD's.

    Yup solidified.
The single worst QB to ever play at LSU.

Look at his performance in his SENIOR SEASON (not freshman mind you) in the two biggest games of the year. The SEC and National Championship games.
    (Heck even the Arkansas game)

Good riddance. I used to defend him because I thought he had a strong character and was a simple issue of having no talent as a football player.
But after seeing him this year, his comments, lack of remorse, attitude on the sidelines, and even post game comments I realize he is clueless and delusional as well.
