Agree, but as I said as long as we are winning and JJ doesn't cost us a game I don't care. Although, he has damn close 1 too many times.
MY ANSWER IS YES....UNDEFEATED AND NATIONAL CHAMPIONS.....HELL YES.....UNDEFEATED ....COULD CARE LESS WHERE LSU IS "NOW" ...CARE A LOT ABOUT LATER..............THE NC WILL NOT HAVE AN * SAYING "MANY CLOSE GAMES." JUST "UNDEFEATED."
I really didn't think he was, but there's definately been some discord concerning JJ's performance with skill players. I have read quotes, watched clips, and of course exchanges on the field, and sidelines. But glad to hear Ridley was taking it easy on JJ here.
Well that's it. Don't play Lee because you're scared to fail. Lee is our best option to run this offense period. Thunderbird, or Ripple?
You're definition of successful is a bit off. It's not that the 2-QB system is working and is successful. It's just that reducing the amount of snaps JJ got has improved our offense. -------------------------------------------------------------- +1000
No ..we are not devaluing JJ .. JJ is devaluing himself. The stats don't lie. JJ leads team, we do a lot of kicking .. as in punts and FG. When Lee leads the offense, we score TDS. I think JJ played a bit better last game, but it was Lee's play that made JJ look his best. The stats reveal that JJ would not have scored two TDs last game had Lee not got the ball down deep in the Red Zone. And, while JJ did score two rushing TDs, who's to say that Ridley or Ford couldn't have done the same. I want this team to look its best, and having JJ in there may give us the good semaritan award .... it does not run points up on the score board. :geaux:
