Percy Garris: Can you hit anything?
Sundance Kid: Sometimes. I'm better when I move.

Now I know some you old timers out there remember this scene....I surely do!

On the deep ball to Chris Mitchell that got intercepted, it looked like MItchell stepped back, rather than try to defend it. Now, the ball was underthrown, but the receiver has to react and become a DB in that situation!

First of all, JJ is pretty damn young. His accuracy is acceptable taking that into consideration. Crowton needs to resist the fans and continue with the high percentage completions although I would like to see Dickson worked into the gameplan more. As the season progresses, I'd like to see Jefferson take more shots downfield if the O-Line ever decides to hold their blocks long enough to give him the time.

I am more displeased with the performance of the O-Line than any other single facet of the offense. They simply must protect Jefferson and open holes for the runningbacks or we'll be playing in the Independence Bowl.

Agree 100%. It's tough for JJ to throw deep when he's scrambling away from the rush. He can't stay in the pocket or he's sacked.

What is Black's problem? I would expect a Senior to not be making the stupid mental mistakes he's making. That and his blocking performance has fallen off the cliff.

I think he is. He's doing better than most would expect for a young kid after only 5 starts.

I'm an old timer and I sure do remember it. By the way, I live out West and have for years so I saw a good bit of Jake Locker on TV when he was a new QB year before last. He reminded me a lot of JJ meaning he had a strong arm but was inconsistent & had accuracy problems. He made his yards by rushing for about 1000 yards. When we played him this year I was really surprised by how much his accuracy had improved and plus it seems to me his motion is more compact.

I said it last year and will repeat it this year. JL is not done... he's a good passer that made some mistakes last season. But in his defense he had a few pick 6's that went through the hands of the recievers or balls deflected off recievers and into defenses hands. It was poo tackling that led to most of those scores. Only a few were real pick 6's. But JL will see some more playing time this season and he'll be a completely different passer then we saw before.
After the Arky and Ga Tech game, everyone bounced on the JJ train and pretty much gave up on Lee. JJ can throw the deep pass as seen in our bowl game... our Oline sucks and can't protect him.

I am pretty sure you meant poor, but somehow poo fits too!
