At least, JL can move us downfield. I'm so disappointed with JJ playing . He played like he was sleeping , there was no pocket presence or awareness. hate me if you want, but he killed our momentums last night.

When allowed to play from the huddle he was FINE.

Our coaches and their run the play clock down change the play from the sideline that killed the momentum last night!

Has there been any explanation on why we are running the offense like this? I cant see it having any benefit whatsoever.

    I have not heard one.

If we were running the same offense that we were running last year with the exception of Jefferson at the helm instead of Lee...we would still be undefeated and would be in the Top 5 in the SEC offensive stat categories.

Jarrett Lee doesn't move our team down the field, he moves the other team down the field. Everyone has forgotten about how well Jefferson moved the ball last week against Georgia. Florida has a top 3 secondary in the country. You can't expect a guy with as few starts as him and a line with such horrible pass blocking to move the ball down the field against the possible #1 secondary in the country. He's young, he's still developing, and most of all, he didn't make any bad mistakes yesterday. Show me another QB that doesn't make a big turnover against the Florida defense, and I'll show you a good QB. This guy is going to be a Matt Flynn type next year and possibly later this year. If the offensive line steps up their play, JJ will have a good year, but he would often have no time on a 3 man run against Florida, and that's just pitiful.

    Look,

JJ and JL now have the same number of starts, and I don't see JJ progressing at all. Don't excuse he's young, Jl was young last year too.

    JJ doesn't have it. Period.

I'm sorry, how can you say he's not progressing after he took us down the field last week against UGA for a go ahead score? He's progressing very well considering the playcalling they gave him last year to now. He played the #1 defense in the country, he's clearly not going to look good against them. This defense gave Sam Bradford trouble last year, and now people don't expect them to give Jordan Jefferson trouble.

Do you even watch the games?

We had 2 drives last night that every play was called from the huddle.

First one ended in our FG.

The second was the last drive of the game that ended in the fumble/sack.

But on those 2 drives Jefferson was moving the ball with EASE.

What kills offensive possessions or stop drives was the coaches going with the line of scrimmage play calling.

Jefferson is a good Qb and could be a damn good QB in the SEC but HE IS NOT Peyton Manning, it is not his style to play from the line of scrimmage and I for the life of me cant figure out why the coaches dont see this.

IN EVERY game this year when the plays are coming from the sideline we go 3 and out or it kills a drive EVERY TIME!

When Jefferson is allowed to be comfortable and in control we move the ball!

Well, JJ look confused and lost last night; he held the ball 6-7 seconds and didn't throw it away by taking sacks. Tell me if you watched the game last night? In the UGA game, he wasn't that great either. The guy is always playing scared. And that doesn't give the team a confidence.

ITS BECAUSE OF THE PLAY CALLING!!!!!

To watch a game you have to watch the WHOLE GAME. you cant just watch one or 2 drives.

There is a HUGE difference in Jeffersons play depending on where the play is coming from.

The drive in the UGA game guess what they huddled up and ran the play from the huddle.

Our FG last night we huddled up and ran the play from the huddle.

The coaches call the play from the sideline we go 3 and out.

The coaches call the play from the sideline we get False Starts.

The coaches call the play from the sideline the WRs go downfield and BLOCK instead of running the route that Jefferson is looking for!

Last night they showed the replay. On one of the sacks Jefferson drops back to pass and 3 of the 4 recievers BLOCK 5 or 10 yards down field ONLY 1 reciever ran a route.

Why cause the ****ing play came from the sideline!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
