Roscoe saying "ya know", "jimmy man", or "I don't know" (often in the same sentence) -- shoot the radio
IMO Hester should be used as a true running fullback, and KW as tailback. Using both in the same backfield would give LSU an awesome running game - assuming the offensive line does its job.
for those of you that really listen to this show frequently, there's an ad for the "pool doctor" take a shot every time the word "pool" is said in that 30 second time frame. call 911 beforehand.
And wallets too. Seems a receiver we had snatched a wallet or purse off a girl in the quad and was caught from behind by another student. Ahhh wonderful years! Your right that diamond really shined bright back in the Hudson Hallman Years as well! Tirk, fans have real short memories dont they? I'm just enjoying the moment while it lasts!! Look no farther than the baseball diamond to see had it can all end. Geaux Tigs!
I pulled a little info to give some of our "New found" fans and Monday morning QB's a snapshot of what it was like not too long ago. The "Passing yardage" and "Rushing yardage" are totals for each year that LSU had and also, allowed. The "Average Per Game", at the bottom of each, represents how many total yards we netted passing and how many passing yards we allowed. I also included the rushing yardage total for the year and rushing yardage allowed- along with the passing yardage. Notice, in '99 we didn't even break 1000 yards rushing as a freakin team. When looking at these "Averages", keep in mind the cuppy cakes on our schedule. There were the wins like 56-0 Akron, 52-0 North Texas, and 55-3 Texas-El Paso- though we BARELY escaped SAN JOSE STATE by a score of 29 to fregin 21 in '99.
whats the point of comparing stats pre-2000 when saban was trying to polish crap to make it resemble a diamond? thats like saying les won more in his first 2 years or whatever. its completely ridiculous. it doesn't lessen what miles has done, its just irrelevant.
You lost me here but I was showing the state of our secondary before Saban and crediting him for, among other things, turning it (As well as the entire defense) into a FACKING MACHINE. Ya hear me know.........verizon.
all your damn pasting gets lost in translation for me. probably because i prefer to hear your point than decipher it in stats. now i think i see your point. maybe. ok not really. you just like to copy and paste stuff.
I don't know where the station is from; however, get LSU people not to listen to him. The station will fire him :thumb:
I don't know what's more embarrassing to the program: The fact that we actually had someone thuggish enough to pull a purse snatching, or that whoever caught our speedster from behind wasn't on scholarship to play football.
