Is it jimbo or bust? Or is there a back up plan? Almost seems as if Jimbo doesn't come that Miles might stay.
No I didn't forget, and I admit I don't have much faith in Alleva either. I don't really think he has man parts between his legs.
I think LSU needs to fight back and start interviewing and making it public. Our negotiating stance is weak.
Agreed, Jimbo is about to coach a major rivalry game and still has a bowl game coming. It would be a person of poor character to announce he was taking another job now. (I won't mention the certain coach of a certain LSU rival who announced he was taking another job the day before he coached LSU in a bowl game.) I'm still leaning toward Hermann at Houston. I was extremely impressed with them yesterday. And I know the word is he wants to coach Texas, but people can be swayed by their experiences. There was a time when we all just knew Miles would ditch LSU the moment the Michigan job came up.
If Sexton is playing LSU, and Miles is still let go, it will be blow that will put LSU on its knees. Alleva will be run out of town because he will be credited for botching the Fisher deal while it's likely he was just getting played the entire time. Buckle up boys......this is gonna be a wild ride no matter what the outcome.
