    I'm very glad to see Jerry get this recognition. He came in second in the Heisman voting, should have won it. Just no big time sports writers from La. then, west coast writers in Los Angeles and San Fransisco gave it to PAC 8 QB Terry Baker from Oregon, who did nothing in the NFL. Stovall kept making all pro at safety for St. Louis Cardinals in the NFL.
