There was something to it legal age wise but not as dramatic as many speculated. Charges being dropped for these kind of charges says a lot.
I'm glad to see it's straightened out & he has a second chance to be successful at LSU & in life. He's been given a marvelous gift in a scholarship to LSU. Let's all hope he realizes that and makes the most of the opportunity to not only play football but get an education as well. I hope he excels in Tiger Stadium and the classroom.
I didn't hear much complaint when Zach Mettenberger signed with LSU after his sexual battery charges and he actually plead guilty. Of course the charges of disorderly conduct, obstruction, providing false ID and underage possession of alcohol for Mett were dropped. Les Miles keeps signing these Thugz.
Never heard "THUG" used to describe a college student using a Fake ID to purchase beers. For the Sexual Battery charge,suppose to have grabbed someone on their ass in a bar-
