at pt today, one of the other patients said they hoped au got beat in the ncg just because of the whole scam situation. i told them i wanted a giant sinkhole swallow both teams, but if i couldnt get that then i wanted au to lose. the therapist and other patients thought the sinkhole idea was good.

i think there are a lot of people out there hoping for a sinkhole.

Not true, but having too few is a bigger problem. There are only 85 scholarships, I wouldn't suggest signing 85 RB's. RB is probably the area of least need at this time.:D

If we get to the point where Hilliard, Ford, Ware, Blue, and Magee aren't enough...then we just got a commit from Micah Eugene, who will PROBABLY play DB at LSU...but is also a dam good RB. Hill is not necessary in this class.

We also have a guy named Russell Shepard that can line up back there, and there's this guy named Stevan Ridley that just might play next year too...and although it's a VERY long shot, Murphy still may have a chance at a 6th season. That's not counting any of the fullbacks. I think we're not the least bit thin in the backfield.

and yet you can never have too many runningbacks. Injuries, other positions, etc. These guys are versatile athletically and you can never have too many of them.

Well, I said I'd love for him to be an LSU Tiger, because he's top knotch, and a top knotch local kid. But if he wants to go somewhere else, believe me, LSU will be just fine....and he'll be Tiger Bait.

Thing about Hill, I thought he was the biggest true running back in the last 2 classes, and the best to replace Ridley with the power. While we have a lot of rb, that could be a loss, to lose his style of play.

also dont sell ford's power short. He has alot of it, following him over the last 6 years I have seen plenty of it.

Ware and Hilliard are huge. Power backs LSU is not lacking on. Hilliard is almost all muscle and he is at 240+ I've heard. Wouldn't doubt he drops in weight when he comes here. I think Ware is over 230 now too(not entirely sure though). I didn't think Hill was as true a power back to his size as Hilliard is. Hill seem to be more of a one cut guy and runs a little softer than Hilliard but quicker...

Pound for pound, Ford is the strongest player on our team.
