I wonder if they filmed it themselves. I doubt security video would be in the locker room. If they did film it themselves, add child porn to the charges.
Every day in this country people video crimes on their cellphones, victims record their assailants, and stupid criminals video themselves committing crimes. The first thing police take from suspects is their cellphone. It's often full of incriminating text, photos, videos, and contacts.
if there is intimidation or coercion, and it is proven on tape, i am thinking chop more than cotton. sexual predation (if that is what occured here) needs to be nipped in the bud.
