Force someone to perform oral sex, really? If she was restrained or there was some use of force or violence then I believe the charges would likely have been elevated to sexual assault or forcible rape. Maybe a prosecutor, criminal defense lawyer or law enforcement official with better knowledge of the law could shed a better light on this.

We have to let this play out in court and see what the evidence is. 45% of reported rapes turn out to be hoaxes, which is disturbing, but 55% are the real deal. And this one doesn't look good for Hill. LSU will have to pull its offer, now. Hill will go through a year of court appearances, charges could be dropped or he could be found guilty and go to jail. More likely he will be put on probation and will try to find a junior college that will offer a scholarship, a la Mettenberger. But he will have to move on from Baton ROuge. LSU will never sign him if found guilty.
He could be totally guilty, its still hard to prove. Unless the right steps are made. Sadly I have had to deal with these types of issues. The victims don't always come out and tell someone until much later and by then there isn't much to do. You can have the guy arrested but that I believe is as far as it will go.

Yep, I believe he will lose his offer, I am not a laywer so I am not sure what is needed to make an arrest. Hard to say without any knowledge of the events and the case. And even if found innocent, he will probably never be a tiger. Charges like this can end up sticking with someone forever, even if innocent. I think the only hope is if info comes out very soon that the charges are bogus or will be dropped, maybe there is a chance for the kid.
You know and not to make light on this, my wife and I discussed this and since I am married this is act is a very foreign concept to me now ;-) Anyway..... This "act" if you will is probably one thing it would be difficult to force on someone I would think, plus its quite risky wouldnt you think. Not to be graphic of course. I have to think there was a serious threat of violence. Because frankly and I have to think back many years since wedding cake seems to cure this for most women. But doesnt the girl have the upper hand in this act, I mean she could end it pretty quick much to the determent of the male. By doing that she would quickly drop that person and be able to make a run for it while the male Wayne Bobbits... I mean a hard bite down and a damn strong closed fist upper cut. Game over.... But a 14 year old with two 18 year olds in a locker oom, and possible threat. Just makes me almost weep.. And can see where she may have thought that wasnt an option. Even if the girl wasnt innocent in all this, I am sorry I am bias, I have a daugther so its very difficult for me to blame the girl in any aspect. Which is also unfair. But just my personal reality. So the more I thought about this IF (Big IF) this is true I hate to think there was a serious threat to her safety for her to do this OR she was willing and maybe it got out of hand. Because I would have to think, any male in that situation is without question the one in danger unless there was a much more serious threat present. Which if that is the case makes this situation even MORE tragic... Regardless this is tragic and sad. I held my daughter close last night and already started thinking of ways to make sure she is never in this situation and if she is how to execute that damn strong upper cut.
