A little dramatic. I go with the assumption here that when someone makes comments like that they are referring to his play on the field as garbage. Which, by the way it would have to improve to be garbage. I assume he is a decent young man off the field. I will say, he throws his little fits on the field too much for me to like his leadership abilities. He smirks and frounds like someone stole his ice cream cone. Off the field, may be a great guy so I would never say anything about that, and I dont think anyone meant anything like you are suggesting.

I too believe jj is a good kid but has no feel for the position of qb. I'm sure he is a fine person but I know he's not the qb that this team needs.

That's a link filled with coach speak. There is no concrete statement that JJ is starting, and if he does, I bet it would still result in less playing time than last week. It's about like the weather. "Is the weather gonna be like yesterday?" "I think it'll probably be like yesterday...unless it's different".

Exactly. There isn't a dam one of you that knows who's starting Saturday, and people are about to jump off a cliff. Good thread, Tiga...props. :D

Ima laugh my arse off if JJ starts, Lee then takes over and sucks it up, (ie pick 6 or something bad), and you knuckleheads are screaming for JJ to get back in there.

Clarification...I will laugh my arse off if this happens, and then JJ somehow manages to pull this game out of his own arse and we leave the swamp 6-0.

OK. That's all I asked for. A link. Not "I said it" intentionally to stir shi t on the board. And FWIW, I think he probably will start, but he won't play as much as last week.

Who said anything about Lee being "the man"? Simply that Lee is the only QB right now looking like an actual QB.

Your second point is completely false. The message being given is that you simply CAN NOT be benched even if you REPEATEDLY make mistakes that force your team in a bad position. Taking Lee out of the game on the last drive even after he was responsible for LSU being on the 1 makes that point loud and clear.
