Jefferson sloppy fundamentals =(

You're blowing sunshine about J. Lee's play in three plays and trying to talk about me blowing sunshine? Sounds like somebody checked out of Hotel Reality a long time ago. Either that or you need to quit smoking that cheap weed.

They took a safety because it was the smart thing to do (did you see our special teams?) and we have a terrible running game. It didn't have anything to do with JJ. Wow, State had 2 sacks today. Who cares? How many TDs to turnovers did Jefferson have? The weather conditions were sloppy, JJ was not. Andre Ware was impressed and he won a Heisman Trophy. He should know about QB play. We'd already have 2 losses this year if we had QB play similar to what we had for the majority of last year.

Yeah, the running game sucked, but RS didn't. Shepard averaged 6.5 yards a carry and had 26 yards. Our team finished with a net gain of 30 rushing yards. Yeah, he's not ready for our offense because he's too successful. We wouldn't want the other players to get confused by the big gains. Keep making sense...

 

Jefferson sure can't... Sure, he has the speed, but he really does not know how to run the option... If they are going to keep having him run the speed option, then they need to teach him how to make a defender commit or to cut up field... watch how MSU's qb runs the option on that big run late... he made the defender commit...

 

Poor downtown you know nothing about football boy. Did you watch the game on TV or listen to it in your broke-down car? I will spell this out for you... LSU took a safety b/c Jefferson is incapable of picking up a simple first down. You pick up a first and run the clock out. No one wants to take a safety. That is Pu$$y ball son. You pick up the first and run out the clock. I guess Lee 3 for 3 and a TD are bad stats. IDK I think he has done well this year. I know your upset about last year but you need to put that behind you and move on. It's 2009 now boy. Get your thumb out your a$$ and smell the fresh air or lack there of.

 

Dude your team had this game. The Tiger nation thought it was over. How in the hell did Mississippi not score at the end of the game I will never understand! Sometimes you need a little luck on your side. Hats off to the bulldogs for a hard fight today!

 

Well then you should have loved it because you sound like a BIG PU$$Y crying about every little thing Jefferson does. Yeah, everything is Jefferson's fault. Pay no attention to our O-line that isn't blocking, our running game that averaged 1 yard per carry, our special teams that left points on the board and gave them points, our WRs (who I think are great) that actually messed up two TD passes, etc. It's Jefferson's fault we were at the 1-inch yard line toward the end. Anyone who isn't delusional could see that Jefferson did pretty damn good considering everything else. I do agree that he isn't running the option well right now, but that's not killing us.

J. Lee for Heisman! And actually, he's 2-2, get your stats right, genius. He's been in 3 plays I believe. Actually, I'm happy he has done well when he's been in and that he's back, but he completed two of the easiest passes ever. Let's be real here.

I'll take my thumb out of my ass as soon as you take Jarrett Lee's d*ck out of yours.

Let me fix this thread....
Rainy weather and bad O-line play= sloppy play and fundamentals.
Its amazing to me everyone wants to blame the QB.
JJ had a great game under the circumstances.
That 4 yard TD pass he threw was amazing for having a guy in his face!

Why is everyone so concerned over the QB when the offensive line seems to be so poor this year?
I'm surprised you guys are blaming Charles Scott for the running game!

Jarrett Lee would be a sitting duck with this O-line.
Repeat of last year, he would get hit and the ball would go up straight up into the air about 30 feet before interception.

 

I think JJ had a great game. Seeing some deep throws was nice and the two he hit to Lafell were just beautiful.

 

Both TD passes to Lafell were things of beauty!

JJ is not the problem.....The o-line.....that's a different story!

 

he will continue to make mistakes and improvements, not all QB's are playstation QB's.
