He's either lights out or making me sit at the edge of my seat. I thought he'd be more consistent this year but he's clearly improved a lot. I love his build as a football specimen. Since the TE talk came up and his size mentioned in that conversation it made me wonder how big David Lafleur was. He used to come duck hunt with some friends of mine- that guy was huge.

JJ will never be a NFL QB . All them defenses would kill him and are faster than him . Revis bailey ed reed and philly's secondary . Yall say Case keenum and kellen moore play aginst 3rd graders well they will be starters b4 lee and JJ will see time on sundays .

When teammates and coaches talk about Jefferson they use words like leader, winner, champion, great teammate those are all words that NFL teams like to hear about a kid!
Dude, have you ever watched Tom Brady disect a defense with some pinpoint accurate passes? You ever see Brady change plays at the line and burn a blitzing defense ? You have seen his superbowl winning performances haven't you? Superbowl MVP performances that is. You know he has three hundred yard games passing week in and week out aginst NFL defenses, don't you? Jj can't throw the ball like Tom Brady. You make yourself sound phucking stupid comparing him to Brady over and over and over. You can say you hope jj goes to the NFL. Hell, we would all like to see a tiger start at qb in the NFL. You can compare him to some other qb's in the NFL if you want to, I guess. But to keep saying that you "smell Tom Brady " when talking about jj's future in the NFL is dumb as chit. Brady will be in the hall of fame. He's one of the best qb's ever to play in the NFL. He's in the top three rated qb's every year. He is in a diffrent universe to jj. He makes most other qb's in the NFL look bad. Tom Brady is better than jordon Jefferson , or any other qb currently starting in the sec, will ever be. He's gonna be in the hall of fame , dude. Jj won't be in the NFL hall of fame. Really LSU had the ball at the 50 late in the 4th tie game against Auburn and could have won the game and went 3 and out. (a few times) OUr defense continually won the field position game. Cam beat us on that big run but when you offense goes 3 and out everytime your defense will eventually break.. Now we gave up what 440 yards of offense so yes wasnt the D's best moment. But CAM was a freak but they had 10 more minutes in TOP meaning we couldn't keep our offense on the field. I would argue the opposite without our Defenses last year we would have lost more games. Its our defense I think is the reason LSU is doing so well. Our offense and this is a fact based on our SEC and D1 rankings on offense has been somewhat pedestrian. Now I will admit this year has been CONSIDERABLY better. But I think last year those two losses (and the scares against Tenn and others) lay solely at the feet of that moron Crowton and our offense. This year the biggest key has been LSU has been able to move the chains, may not be flashy but our ability to pound out 1st downs and win the time of poss. game has been huge for us. Last year we worried about even getting a 1st down half the time. Ask yourself this question on 3rd and 9 how confident are you we can convert and how many of us go "Oh no" when JJ drops back to pass. Again JJ has played well enough recently and he is resilient but to say we have a Matt Barkley or Tyler Wilson at the helm I just dont agree with. If we got down 3 or 4 scores on some freak plays do you really feel we can sling it around to get back into it ? Dont give me Arkansas that was Honey Badger and our defense that turned that game around. Simply how many down field shots have we taken in the last 4 games, or how many reads is JJ making when his primary is covered. How many hot routes are we screaming at the TV about that just go ignored.
