Does anyone else agree that jj wouldve made a damn good tight end ? He's tall, tough, runs very well and can make good cuts for a big man. His height alone would make him an easy target for a qb to find. I think jj wouldve been an NFL worthy tight end. It's not jj's passing that makes him a threat, it's his ability to haul arse when the play breaks down and break tackles. When a qb can break a tackle he's special. Jj can run over cornerbacks. Ask saban what worries him more about playing jj. He will tell you he's not scared of jj passing for three hundred yards. He's scared of jj making tough first downs by running the ball.
Sure we do. Unless he can win 4 games vs. 3 top 25 teams without being on the field. He's our leader. His poor decision jeopardized everything. Speaks to that cognition thingy. capiche'?
I think that would be his best chance to make it. Not sure about his blocking skills but TE would be possible.
And jefferson has not ? Really, LSU has been pretty stacked at WR (Randle, Tolliver, Lafell, etc) LSU doesnt have an issue with RB's or WR's.. That is not the problem.
WE'RE good enough to win WITH him but she was saying something about leading us. Don't confuse the two. Give me his stats for the first 4 games.
Physically, Jefferson could add 25 pounds and be a prototype NFL tight end. But he would have needed a couple of years of college at the position to get himself drafted.
JJ ? Well he didnt play the first 4 games. I am not arguing with you but you lost me a bit.... Which is easy to do !!! The last 4 games you mean. I agree with Stacey he is getting the job done. that I will agree. Again I personally like JJ, I am disappointed in the whole fight thing but i think he has been a great Tiger. But end of the day compared to what we have seen in the past from Jamarcus, Rohan, Flynn, etc it has been a vast difference.
