If you believe in the rule of law and the constitution as you hypocritically say you would believe in enforcing current law until the law is changed. Murder is against the law so should someone murder because they don't agree with the law and think it's OK even if a "number of Congressman" agree with him? As far as a "number of cogressman" well a "number of Congressman" would like to overturn the 2nd amendment so I could care less what a "number of Congressman" have to say. We have something you may have heard of called the rule of law. You dont run stop lights because "you dont agree with the law".
