I said around this time last season, they should use Williams at fullback the way they used Kenny Hilliard early in his career. It increases your offensive options, and gives you a way to give a hot back extra time on the field.
They have done that at times but generally it's for him to run the dive like Red pointed out. Absolutely dangerous in short yardage and goal line situations.
I do like the idea of Williams in at FB, that quick hitter could be for a huge run. If Williams can block effectively for the most part, he should be part of the solution at the least.
