Re: Update on Jay-B This is much more than "a bit of a scare" now ... my sister Cindy called and said that Justin has an infection that is really, REALLY serious. We need to storm the Heavens with prayers. DO let Julie know that you guys know that he needs our prayers. Our guy REALLY needs us right now ... let's not let him down. Julie's asked for anyone to DV-R the game for Justin as he may not be able to watch it if he is intubated, that is, being put on the respirator ... oh God, we do NOT want that to happen. My sister informs me that he now has pneumonia, so we need to pray about that too my friends. PRAY like you've never prayed before, guys. Re: Update on Jay-B Uncle Joel, I went to the website yesterday after work, read the journal and signed the visitors book with an upbeat message for JayB. I'm also getting a card to send today. The website this morning doesn't have anything new and neither does this thread...am I worried for no reason? I'm hoping things are a little better and everyone is getting some rest but, can you please give me an update when you get a chance? Thanks and I'm praying for you guys....also having JayB's name added to the prayer list at church!

Sounds like he's responding to meds, and things are going as well as can be expected (not a doctor, unfortunately I don't understand everything). Prayers and best wishes to Jay B and his family. Please, also, if everyone could also say a prayer for the continuing recovery of Tyson Gentry, an OSU player who broke his neck (C4) in practice, and will someday walk again, with the grace of god, i know his family would appreciate it very much as well.
