It also seems like the ins. company is wrong cause how would they have gotten this far had they been operating under a $250,000.00 limit. Any idiot knows the cost of long term treatment of that nature. My father had single shots that were $6,000.00 injections.

Re: Update on Jay-B BCBS is really fun to deal with business to business. I wouldn't mind if Justin parachuted from his plane on the way home and then the plane crashed into their headquarters. Thats why they do it to people, knowing that is damn near impossible for families to do at this point.

Re: Update on Jay-B I agree. How long has this treatment been going on? BCBS is just now realizing that the limit is actually 5% of what they thought it was? They just don't make $4.75MM mistakes. How much has been paid to date? Surely, well over $250K. This fails the smell test badly.

Re: Update on Jay-B There has to be someone following this case that is a strong lawyer. If not, I have a good friend that is the Chair of the Pro Bono committee for the BR Bar Association. He is an LSU grad and I am sure would help out if needed if he is not conflicted. A private plane is not that tough either. There are many LSU supporters that have planes or plans for planes. If they absolutely had to have a plane someone could figure something out. Even if you had to rent one, you are only talking like $10,000-$15,000. We could raise that pretty quick.
