Don't know how I feel about this pick up... its only a second rounder and a late round flyer for a great albeit old DEnd.

Will this be a case of ruining our drafts for old has beens... I don't think so. The price for Taylor doesn't seem all that bad, and we really need a sack master at end.

We'll see how this pans out.

Good deal from the Fins side, I guess. He came out and said he was only playing one more year and even if he does play two, the Dolphins need to rebuild as terrible as they will be to watch the next couple of years. They didnt even sniff a second rounder for JT on draft day so Im not surprised they shipped him when the Redskins guy blew out his knee.

giving up a 2nd round pick for a rental is a risk, but he is a good player and with the injuries they had, it was sort of a must.

If we can get three years from him (might be likely) then its an improvement over the two DEs we started last year. At the same time, if he one and dones its almost too much, and they would have likely been better off moving one of our bigger linebackers to DE for a better pass rush...
