IMO, I believe Lee is the much more accurate passer. I think he makes all the throws. His problem was in his inability to escape a pass rush and not throwing the ball away. If no one was open, Lee tried to force throws or not go through his progression fully choosing to focus on the first 1-2 reads and try to force it in there. I truely believe he's learned from that and wouldn't make those same mistakes again (well...EVERY QB will throw INT's--it's the nature of the game--but I doubt you'd see many really bad throws from him this season). Only problem is that while JJ saw what happened last season and takes extra precaution and won't force things to much, the OLine has not shown they are capable of blocking consistantly yet. That would/could cause MAJOR problems for a pocket-passer like J.Lee. So my vote is to stick with Jefferson unless he starts having major problems (which I don't see happening).
If they sub Lee for Jefferson in the next couple of games due to performance... I want resignations. It's Jefferson's team through at least the Florida game, good or bad you have to take the lows with the highs.
You know what I been saying it for weeks now. JJ is just a pup. Not old enough to take on the full responsibilities as game manger. That’s why CLM should bring Lee in to calm things down. We all want a one QB system but Jefferson is not ready. A 2 QB system promotes unity and diversity among the team. It brings in a second dimension to the offense. It keeps opposing teams guessing. 9 first downs against a bottom feeding bulldogs team should be a sign that things need mixing!
