Toliver was open... triple coverage was an overreaction by the announcer. Regardless, if JJ is in the game at that point he's still holding the ball and UT is taking a knee on the next play.

:geaux: This!! Thanks Jarett for hanging in there and showing the team how to handle some real adversity. You've been through a lot the last three years and handled it with more class & maturity than most players could imagine. Again, great job yesterday and I hope you lead the LSU Tigers to many more victories before your career is over.:thumb: We'd be
4 - 1 without you yesterday and this team would be in shambles. :LSU231:

We need a Ridley appreciation thread he did more to win this game on Offense than any other player. He drove a bigger man than himself back at the goal line with no help to score.

If you give Lee the chance series after series i chances are much better.I really think he will play himself in.With jefferson not only do we feel the lack of confidence the team does.No team right now fears our passing game.

First off, Thanks JL, glad you got your shot.

Now here is where I get pissed. All this time we keep hearing clm tell us that JJ this, JJ that, JJ is the one blah blah blah JJ is our starter blah blah. However, when your back is against the wall and you MUST move the ball down the field you go to the guy that you refuse to let start or get more than mop up duty. All of tiger nation knows who should be the starter now yet why do I have this feeling that he won't be the guy next week.

If you are right about this, the Tiger Nation will explode, I believe.

JL has EARNED the position. To contend that JJ merits the start after 5 straight subpar games is idiocy. Let's see what Les has got (I'm not ready to give up on idiocy yet!).

I agree, however I am not for a minute going to let myself beileve that Inspector Clouseau has the ability to see it and or do anything about it. He will start JJ again. Bank on it.

on a side note, someone should check on "the dude" I'm sure the sun is still setting on his front porch however if he ever comes to the realization that les is just not a very good football coach he made need therapy. I'm worried about that cat.:thumb:
