    that would suggest that he knows right from wrong when not drugged. if which case, he is not truly too incompetent to stand trial. and can be offed on a guilty verdict.

    is he the one not wanting to take the drugs? or is it his attorney not wanting the drugs forced on him? big difference, imo.
