Death Penalty? Insane? Should he be forced to take medications? Should we just off him and save the taxpayers money?

Should Jared Loughner be forcibly drugged? - Health - Health care - More health news - msnbc.com

Now, medications cost money, and if he doesn't want them, then save em for someone else. However, I bet the only time he really understand the severity of what he has done is when he is medicated.

I think the dude is crazy, and if he is found guilty, I think they should just off him and get it over with. What say you?

What is everyone's opinion on the death penalty for the insane?

We don't execute crazy people in this country. We lock them up forever. I don't care if he takes his meds or not as long as he never walks free again. He doesn't want to take his meds because if he becomes rational, then he could have to stand trial and be prosecuted for murder in a death penalty state.

Isn't "crazy" speculative though? Aren't we all a little crazy?

Put this rat bastard out of his misery and ours. No question they got the right guy so enough with that "whaaa what about the ones in jail that didn't do it" Hell aint no guilty people in jail don't you know?

If they are in jail there is a 98.8% chance they need to be in jail. It may not be what they are in for but somewhere in their closet they got away with some other sh!t. Efff em. Eff em all.
