However, I bet the only time he really understand the severity of what he has done is when he is medicated. I think the dude is crazy, and if he is found guilty, I think they should just off him and get it over with. What say you? What is everyone's opinion on the death penalty for the insane?
We don't execute crazy people in this country. We lock them up forever. I don't care if he takes his meds or not as long as he never walks free again. He doesn't want to take his meds because if he becomes rational, then he could have to stand trial and be prosecuted for murder in a death penalty state.
What about all the innocent people who were wrongfully convicted. I think that happens alot more than we would all like to believe..
