Perhaps, but I don't think so. I think we'll end up with 12 Louisiana players in this class (everyone we offer), and 5 or so out of state guys. 65% Louisiana players in a class seems to be about average. (we had 62% this year - counting Benton & Theriot).
That should be about right cause I heard the coaches mention that this class would stay in the teens and not reach 20.
that's been my guess all along but the coaches are all saying in the teens we shall see.....I bet we hit 20 and then deal with the fallout afterwards
the number will be bigger than the coaches think now, because 2-3 idiots will get run off the team, a few guys might go pro, etc...
but do they factor for it accurately? I wouldn't think they would. It just seems kinda weird to just "assume" someone will get run off. You'd know better than I would, but I just think they wouldn't deal with that until it happens.
Well, Henson said it would "probably" be in the teens, which means they realize the uncertainty in it, but certainly they know it happens & can guess at the numbers (for instance, the coaches mentioned that RJF & Ciron Black could both go pro early).
