You don't consider being 3rd on the depth chart during the pre-season a "successful career"? :hihi:

Like I said in the Seastrunk thread, Les always manages to not get these guys.

Exactly, couldn't happen to a nicer guy. I look forward to watching him wash my car at Bennie's car wash one day. Hope he doesn't steal the change out of my change holder.

I'm not denying that his off-field decision making will impact his success in the nfl, but based off of pure talent he's still gonna have plenty of chances.

I wouldn't say plenty chances, not by a long shot. His opportunities just got severely limited.

But we had him locked up before that big announcement the day after NSD.

So was it the case that Janzen realized he could not get away with this tomfoolery under Miles regime? I would have to think that may have played a part in his decision.

and I say history says otherwise, that was my point

    It simply never works out

Cecil Collins came close but was ultimately just a ticking time bomb

I could be taking your comment the wrong way. I'm not saying he'll be an nfl success, but he'll certainly have his chance. There's always a team out there desperate enough to take a chance on a troubled talent.
