Quite a contrast from the story of "The Blind Side" of Mike O. A kid that should have ended up like this, but instead followed a much brighter path.

 

I was a stupid kid once, and obviously never even thought of stealing, much less armed robbery. My point is it is still sad, and it is wasted life.

 

really curious though if the state will give consideration to the "weapon" used. wouldnt be surprised if this counts as "armed". we'll see.

It is armed as you suspect. They have already been charged with attempted Armed Robbery.

And as I understand it, it doesn't really matter if you have a weapon or not to be charged with armed robbery. If you portray you have one while commiting the robbery, then it becomes armed robbery. (Candy bar in a jacket pocket will suffice.)

 

latest Rumor is that Janzen wasn't involved, he was inside taking a duece... Might have video evidence of this...

What's the difference in severity between attempted armed robbery and armed robbery. Are these kids gonna stay out of jail because the people they were robbing had no money?

I did in the military and in college. Sh!t made me paranoid. I did LSD once and had to be held down by my friends. Mescaline was OK, but I wasn't that much into hallucinating and colors. My drug of choice was speed. That and 3.2 beer made my Oklahoma nights bearable.
