    Shows the lack of character in a kid who would lie to Miles to signing day and string him along to hurt a good man who was trying to help him along. What a scumbag way to act. Hearing this robbery stuff doesn't surprise me, his signing day activity pointed the way to this. What an idiot to blow the kind of chance he was given. Can you say Cecil Collins (well maybe not that bad).

    Read farther back. It's all about the victim's state of mind, if they believe you to have one because you are implying or showing you do, then it is armed. Has nothing to do with what weapon, if any at all, that the criminal possessed during the commission of the crime.
