For politicians, more often than not it DOES imply guilt, regardless of the legal strategy. So, in your estimation, was trump being stupid when he said "You see the mob takes the Fifth. If you're innocent, why are you taking the Fifth Amendment?"?
You mean, just ignore the deaths, the injuries, the assaults, the property destruction, and the attempted coup? You wish.
Trump was wrong. Contrary to what you may think, Trump is human. He's also wrong about Cannabis legalization (although he was beginning to open to it), protectionism (tariffs/open markets), and is not fiscally tight enough, and other things. But he does have lots of great policies, far better than the alternatives....and he's an outsider - that's gold right now for me. Drain the swamp, or at least get it off the couch and mess up its hair - that's what Trump did.
yes. trump says dumb shit all the time. try to get rid of the TDS so that you dont have to view everything through whether trump weighed in on it. taking the 5th does not imply guilt. it means you have a lawyer who knows what the fuck he is doing. period.
not "deaths" plural with an S. death singular, which was a justified shooting of a rioter who simply wouldnt stop pushing further and further into a restricted area. same amount of deaths as the black muslim insurrection a couple months later. except for that one it was an innocent cop killed. and also the black muslim insurrection was done by a person who was a member of a much more dangerous group and afar more deadly ideology (black males, muslims).
You obviously don't know the definition of "insurrection", nor or you aware of the facts of Jan. 6.... or you're in denial.
