That is the guy from New Mexico or Arizona who owns a wedding ranch. He declined an interview with the Daily Mail. My guess is he wasn't brought up on charges because he didn't step foot into the Capitol building or fight with cops. He was just an instigator. Now, people on the far right blogs think of him as a govt plant set there to entice people to riot. I don't know if that is true. It is conspiracy speculation at this point.
