If you are talking about the legislation that Clinton passed yeah I'd say he supported it. He fucking co-wrote the bill. Pedo Joe is 1000x the racist that David Duke is and way too many black people are too stupid to realize it.

trump, before he took office: "You see the mob takes the Fifth. If you're innocent, why are you taking the Fifth Amendment?"

One of the very few times he's ever been correct.

Now, of course, he and his allies fight subpoenas and plead the Fifth left and right, like mobsters who are not innocent.

So, what did Hillary do when Congress subpoenaed information? Sat and answered questions for eleven hours in front of Republican jackasses. This is STILL America, and until Republicans change it all we still have a functioning justice system (Merrick Garland's inaction notwithstanding)... When you have nothing to hide you don't hide.

How many January 6th protesters were actually working for the federal government? In October, I asked AG Garland while he was under oath and he refused to answer. He looked very nervous and worried when I showed him this video in that hearing

That is the guy from New Mexico or Arizona who owns a wedding ranch. He declined an interview with the Daily Mail. My guess is he wasn't brought up on charges because he didn't step foot into the Capitol building or fight with cops. He was just an instigator.

Now, people on the far right blogs think of him as a govt plant set there to entice people to riot. I don't know if that is true. It is conspiracy speculation at this point. I think he was just an outspoken dude who doesn't want to talk now.

Didn't need that. trump was already there for that purpose.

At any rate, if I entice you to murder, and you murder, does that make you innocent of murder?

because all innocent people should, and all smart lawyers will tell them to do so.

if you talk to to federal investigators or congress or whatever, about anything, you are a fucking idiot. just tell them to eat a dick and go back to living your life. every lawyer will tell you this. you people like trump etc that think being quiet implies guilt are ignorant of how these things work.
