    From your link.

    Please explain....

Seems pretty clear. The VP is to count the votes of each state and if there is a state that has objections, Jan 6th is the last moment to do such.

What are you going on about?

even the guy in the article rex linked said he did not anticipate violence at the capitol. seems like the clowns rioting had nothing to do with the effort to get the votes reviewed, the alleged insurrection.

@Winston1 do you concede that the rioters were not a planned part, nor required or useful in terms of the political aims you are so scared of?

meaing, if there had been an upheaval, perhaps a state by state review of votes and invalidation of their electoral votes, that that would have nothing to do with the actual goings-on outside/inside the capitol building, and not really driven at all by viking hat and friends?

the violence at the capitol had nothing to do with anything, was not dangerous at all. even if trump had successfully kept the presidency. like i said 7 times, its not like a video game where its capture the flag and you get to a certain place and you own the universe. viking hat would have no been granted secretary of state or something as part of a new government he captured.

he wont be, because believing the votes to be fraudulent and planning to use legal avenues to solve it is not illegal. everything he planned to do, had the aim of the most democratic impulse possible, to count votes accurately.

That's why he was trying to "find" votes, right?

correct. i think that trump, like hillary and gore, believed they actually won. i disagree with all of them, but i am not the thought police and they can believe what they want.

in hillarys case though she might have been lying and she knew she lost, because the russia stuff was all lies from her and her people, and she tried to overturn the results of the election via the russian collusion big lie.

No. I was basically telling you you were wrong. Just in a polite way.

you are an idiot! I copied and pasted the definition of why someone would plead the 5th and you say that’s not how it works. Again, you are an idiot.

that is not how "definitions" work. you cant look up in a dictionary why someone would plead the fifth and there is the "definition".

pleading the fifth in no way legally implies guilt, and it shouldnt really even imply guilt in a non-legal sense. its just a smart move and all lawyers worth a damn will advise you do it as much as possible, especially if you are innocent.

"Probably" is not used in court proceedings.

If it were, OJ would have been convicted.
