This is why I take needed breaks from you, Kikicaca and the rest of the Trumpers who can only claim the election was stolen; that January 6th was not that bad/was Antifa/BLM/FBI (changes by the flavor of the day) without providing the first fact that it was gaslighted by anyone other than 45 and his cronies. Fact: 45 declaration "We love you", "You're very special". People with nothing to hide don't plead the 5th. Investigation into the worse assault to our democracy in our country's history is being stonewalled by the very person sworn to uphold it.
it wasnt. yes they do. every lawyer will always tell you to shut up almost all of he time, in every situation. especially if you are innocent. there is no advantage to talking to anyone in any sort of law enforcement, authority or anything, ever. 99% of people should never talk ever under any circumstances talk to cops or courts or congress etc. anytime its even slightly possible to plead the 5th, you should do it. this is one of the most important basics of how our country and judicial system works and one of our most important rights.

That is not the truth. I laid out the facts. Those facts are why Trumpers are taking the 5th. But you want to pussy foot around those facts. Give examples of past cases that prove your point, where a group of people pled the 5th, only to later be totally exonerated. Specifics. Not theory. Results from the internet query: "If someone exercises their Fifth Amendment right to remain silent during a government investigation or trial, does that mean they have something to hide? The answer is probably yes. ... The Fifth Amendment allows people to keep their secrets." Assuming we continue to have a democracy in the future, history will not be kind to 45 and his cronies. Much like Nixon, only much worse.
@Kikicaca The Fifth is used to prevent someone from incriminating themselves in testimony. It’s NOT used just because they don’t want to share. If trumpsters and supporters are taking the Fifth then they know or think they’ve committed a crime. So why are they taking the Fifth? Could it be they’re criminals who tried to prevent the transfer of power on January 6.
